Our History

Share N Care India Foundation is a unit of Artistes Unlimited Charitable Trust. Artistes Unlimited (AU) was born from a single idea in 2003 – a dream to build a platform for artists to converge, collaborate and create in an inclusive space defined by creative freedom and endless possibilities. Based in New Delhi, India, with music as our core focus, our main objectives were:

  • To bridge the gap between artists from diverse musical backgrounds, where we created in an environment of cooperation not competition.
  • To introduce AU members and our audiences to myriad genres of music covering Western, Indian and global music.
  • To use music to assist and support charitable institutions and purposes.

Artistes Unlimited went on to present several concerts in premier locations across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, bringing musicians of all ages, backgrounds, and stylistic interests together.

By 2006, we realized that our performing arts collective was growing into much more than a platform for young artists to express themselves. We therefore created the Artistes Unlimited Charitable Trust in 2006 to continue working on social causes that our members were passionate about.
